The end of the Census is fast approaching and with it is your chance to help our country better determine how resources and representation should be divided.
Answering the census can be done online and takes about 5-10 minutes. Responding to questions about yourself is a great help in what is a great effort towards making sure the count is accurate. For those of you who have seen hearts up in windows and doors around the neighborhood, these are a helpful effort to fight isolation and an initiative courtesy of some of our thoughtful-minded residents. Big thanks for keeping up spirits and a sense of wonder in Jefferson Village!
Isolated but not alone -heart project A few people in the neighborhood heard of an idea to have kids and grown ups alike make hearts of all shapes, sizes and colors and post them on our windows and doors. It’s a great way to let folks in the neighborhood know that we are all “together” and it’s also a great social distancing scavenger hunt while we are all out on our walks. These are the ones that my family has found so far... and we will be putting our hearts in our windows this afternoon.
