The JVCA held its first board meeting of 2021 tonight and in addition to reviewing the end of a very long 2020, had a chance to catch up and discuss plans to come. Instead of our usual calendar publication, the Board decided to instead operate on a month-by-month basis this year, making sure our plans best match the needs and situation of the neighborhood. We'll be keeping all informed through our usual methods including Nextdoor, Facebook, and e-mail. Please feel free to reach out with any concerns, requests, or questions. We are always eager to address what we can to make for a better community!  For those who missed the notice, the County is asking citizens for input on the next police chief. We think this is a great opportunity for everyone to submit their suggestions about the type of leadership in law enforcement to best serve the public.
