Providence District Open House

On Wednesday, January 22nd some of our members attended an open house at the Providence District center presented by Supervisor Dalia Palchik. Residents from all over the district dropped in with more than 100 people in attendance. This included several members of last year's primary contest, now eager to contribute in their own capacities.

While enjoying some delicious refreshments, residents were given an opportunity to mark their homes on the map of the district and to record their concerns on a posting board for others to view. In addition, everyone enjoyed meeting the Supervisor's new staff, including Vanessa Simpson, Outreach Director for the eastern portion of the district. Thanks again to all!
